While fish is an excellent and recommended source of Omega-3 fatty acids, one of our muffins makes a significant contribution to your intake of Omega-3 fatty acids.

While the ideal amount of Omega-3 has not been confirmed, evidence to date suggests that taking from 0.5 to 1.8 grams per day of fish based omega-3 fatty acid or 1.5 -3 grams of plant based omega-3 fatty acid is what we need.
